Returns and Cancellations

We know plans can change, and we want to make things as easy as possible for you. Because our training sessions are live and space is limited, all sales are final. However, we’re happy to help you reschedule or transfer your ticket if you can no longer attend your original session.

If you need to make a change, just let us know at least 3 days before your session starts and we’ll find a new batch or update the attendee name for you. There’s no extra cost for rescheduling or transferring your spot to someone else.

In the rare case that we ever need to reschedule or cancel a session on our end, you’ll have the option to move to another date or receive a full refund.
